These few pages present how the YES Forum, thanks to the cooperation with its 9 partners and diverse young participants themselves, designed the #YourEPsimulation of the European Parliament. It focuses on the key aspects that were explored to make this political simulation Inclusive - regardless of participants’ personal backgrounds and difficulties - and Accessible - regardless of participants’ prior knowledge of or interest in politics and the European Union.

2018 Policy Event - "Why so serious? EU politics can be fun!"

Moreover, our Policy Event this year, organised in Brussels on 21-22 November, will adress the theme "Why so serious? EU politics can be fun!".

The conference will conclude our #YourEPsimulation project, which focused on using an extremely potent method for political education – a simulation of the European Parliament – to make it inclusive and accessible to youngsters facing any kind of difficulties and/or with no prior interest in the European Union.

Join us to discover our results, engage with our young participants and policy-makers, and discuss how such “inclusive and accessible political games” can contribute to bridging the gap between the European Union and youth!
