Altogether, the project partners took the first step of the "DIVE" project, an Erasmus+ project aiming at bringing more diversity among these three key players in the European youth field.
The first meeting started by identifying the main barriers explaining why these networks lack diversity, from cultural differences and educational difficulties to geographical obstacles. This will prepare a first training aimed at giving tools to these networks' volunteers that will help them removing these barriers so that they become more inclusive!
The YES Forum is looking forward to working for the next 2 years on such a crucial issue
