On 10 -11 October 2018, the YES Forum organised its annual Project Meeting in Groningen, the Netherlands. This year, the meeting was held in collaboration with Stichting Go and Jongerenwerk Barkema en De Haan and took place at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. A big thank you once again to these partners for hosting us!
After a warm welcome by Jelco Caro, Hanzehogeschool’s, and some fun getting to know each partners got to work. A period of induction in the morning provided a great starting point for discussions and more focused brainstorming for upcoming projects.
Connected with this meeting was an international market place. YES Forum promoted current European projects (e.g.PROMISE, YeToVo, Gender-sensitive approaches in youth work and many more) as well as opportunities for students at an interactive market place in the Hanze University. Thanks to the collaboration with the Hanze University, the department of social work, students, practitioners and university staff it was a great opportunity to come into discussion about projects in place.
